Animation Workshop with Mait Laas

Renowned animation artist, author and director Mait Laas gave a workshop on stop-motion animation on December 9^th at the Department of Communication and Design. Laas talked on the experience of Estonian puppet-film studio Nukufilm where his affiliated with. He also showed excerpts and behind the scenes footage from his latest S3D puppet animation “Lisa Limone and Maroc Orange.” A member of European Film Academy, Laas’ films include “Teekond nirvaanasse” (2000), “Generatio” (2005) and “Aja meistrid” (2008).
