Immersion+ is an interdisciplinary event that brings together psychologists, neuroscientists, sound designers, and engineers to explore the intersection of neuroscience, sound, and perception. With an array of speakers and innovative projects that harness every element of sound design, the event aims to ensure that all participants can contribute to and learn from each other, enriching collective knowledge and fostering interdisciplinary growth.
Immersion+ is jointly organised by Bilkent University’s Department of Communication and Design and Department of Neuroscience, by Andreas Treske, Burcu Ayşen Ürgen, and Ufuk Önen, together with the Audio Engineering Society. It takes place on Thursday, 15 October, 13:00-18:00, at the FF Building, FFB-08.
