COMD will collaborate as a partner in the live stream: CLASS DISMISSED
The Department of Communication and Design is excited to announce its partnership in the live streaming of the upcoming world premiere of CLASS DISMISSED, a play written by Robert Lyons and directed by Daniel Irizarry. This collaboration will enable audiences worldwide to experience the production in real-time. The livestream will be coordinated by Andreas Treske and Melih Aydınat.
CLASS DISMISSED is scheduled to run Off-Broadway from April 18 to May 4, 2025, at La MaMa’s Ellen Stewart Theatre in New York City. The play features a talented cast, including Pepper Binkley, Yaraní del Valle Piñero, Daniel Irizarry, and Rhys Tivey, with original compositions by Rhys Tivey. The production team comprises Deb O (Set & Costume Design), Robin A. Ediger-Seto (Light Design), Florian Staab (Sound Design), and Emily Hart (Production Stage Manager).
