The Department of Communication and Design hosts an AI Filmmaking Workshop with Jacob Russo, Lead Artist on the Creative Research team at Luma AI.
Russo studied Digital Cinema at DePaul University and began his career as a production assistant on Marvel films. He worked in Creative Development at AGBO on film projects set up at Netflix, Universal, and Disney, then moved into viral marketing, running campaigns with billions of views for brands such as TikTok, Adobe, and Universal Music.
