Çisil Ulusoy, as a Product Director and Consultant at Management Centre Türkiye (MCT), designs and implements organizational solutions and holistic programs for companies on both a local and global scale. Over the last 14 years of her 19-year career, she has specialized in Leadership, Management Consulting, Organizational Development Consulting, Facilitation, Experience Design, and Adult Learning Theories.

During her consulting career, which began with expertise in European Union projects, she has supported companies across various sectors—primarily manufacturing, finance, energy, technology, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications—in achieving their desired goals by strengthening organizational systems, processes, and employees.
